In order to maintain the safety of our clients, staff and the general public, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all face to face sessions. We continue to offer support via telephone, video link and email to our one to one clients. Our information line remains open for anyone seeking support. Our office is closed. As we divert our information line, please be patient with any potential disruption. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
We understand that this can be a worrying time for many people. Whilst it is important to be safe, it’s also important to maintain our mental well-being. If you are feeling anxious or worried, please call us so we can support you through it. You can also download a variety of mental health apps to help promote relaxation or download a coping calendar from Action for Happiness (also see image below). We have also developed further local guidance, such as which food banks continue to operate, which you download here. We have also included some guidance on specific issues at the bottom of this page.
