We understand these are anxious and challenging times for many, and know that it’s so important to receive support at the time it’s needed. Here at Derby City Life Links we are working hard to ensure we remain accessible to anyone in Derby who would like support with their mental health – whether it’s a listening ear you need, or regular 1-1 support with a mental health recovery worker looking at wellbeing techniques or goals. We will be flexible in tailoring support to suit you, whether that’s phone calls or e-mail, Zoom or WhatsApp – you tell us what works for you.
