About Us
The Open Centre aims to promote understanding and good relationships between people of different racial, cultural and religious groups. It doesn’t try to eliminate differences between people but encourages understanding and appreciation of each other. It organises visits to various places of worship, such as the Sikh Gurdwara, Hindu Temple, Mosque and Christian churches, as well as cultural workshops and a monthly Open Lunch (vegetarian). A multi-faith volunteer co-ordinator has been appointed.
