MHT has been invited to join a ‘Mental Health, Autism and Learning Disability Recovery Cell’ led by Ifti Majid (Chief Exec of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust).
One of the aims of the Recovery Cell is to take a good look at the changes to mental health support in Derby and Derbyshire, which have been put in place during the pandemic. To understand what can be learnt from that and decide which of those changes are good and worth hanging on to as we eventually emerge from the pandemic.
MHT’s role will be to provide the all-important perspective of people who rely on mental health support services and families/carers who support them.
A lot of things have been set up and/or changed very quickly during the COVID-19 pandemic and this is a chance to have your say in what should stay and what goes back to normal.
We have put together an online survey to help us to gather your feedback. Please do give us the benefit of your experience and pass on the survey to anyone who might want to respond: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/VW6523C
