This years theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Connect with Nature’!
We would like to hear how nature has helped your mental health. We invite you to connect with nature every day during this awareness week. Put a reminder in your phone or on your home or work calendar. Every day listen to the birds, smell the freshly mown grass, water the garden or your indoor plants and look at the wildlife and birds.
