Wellbeing is fundamental to the overall health of an individual, enabling them to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what they want out of life. It can also be understood as how people feel, function, evaluate their lives as a whole both on a personal and a social level. These workshops will focus our attention on some of the aspects like food, sleep and mindfulness which have a significant impact on our wellbeing.
