We are keen to help people set up peer support groups. If you have an idea for a group and would like to find out if we can help, please contact us.
In the meantime, why not find out about our current peer support groups by clicking the tabs?
We all know the different ways that we can take care of our physical health – by visiting a gym regularly or eating well, but have you thought about how to look after your mind and help yourself feel calmer and more at ease?
Then why not visit mind gym, where we will help you train your mind to become stronger and build your mental muscles so you can deal with any weighty challenges in your life.
This group is free of pressures and expectations, just a loving, caring friend for your mind who truly listens to you. We recognise that this is your journey and so we will help you to recognise your individual potential and develop your skills and goals.
As a group, we respect each member’s privacy by agreeing that what a person chooses to share and discuss during the session will remain confidential. This is a positive and safe space, where everyone supports and encourages each other on their individual journey.
This group runs over five weeks. It runs every Monday, 2.30pm – 4pm. See the upcoming dates and addresses below:
Session 1: 3 June
Session 2: 10 June
Session 3: 17 June
Session 4: 24 June
Session 5: 1 July

Hearing Voices Working Group
Do you hear voices, see visions or have other experiences that others don’t? If so, we’re keen to hear from you. We’re looking to set up a peer support group for people who have these experiences. To help start the process, we want to get a working group together to help us design and implement the group. If you’re interested in being part of the working group, or just coming along to the peer group when it’s ready, please get in touch today.
