Emma taught us the 4 4 8 breathing technique. Breathe in for 4, hold the breath for 4 and breathe out for 8. We also did a body scan. Most of us were nearly asleep at that stage, it was so relaxing. She suggested we look on the internet at the vast amount of resources available on the topic.
The chat box enabled plenty of feedback as the day went on. There was also the opportunity to ask questions and make comments throughout the day.
It was a very relaxed and informative day and we are looking forward to the next one!
